Terms and Conditions

 By renting equipment from JaxGolfSimulators LLC, customers agree to the following terms:

• All participants assume full responsibility for any risks associated with golf simulator activities, including but not limited to personal injury,      property damage, or unforeseen incidents.
• Customers and their guests confirm that they are in good health and physically able to participate in golf-related activities.
• JaxGolfSimulators      LLC, along with its officers, employees, agents, and representatives, are not liable for any injuries sustained or property damage incurred during the use of equipment or participation in activities.
• The      use of the golf simulator involves inherent risks, including but not      limited to:

1. Injuries resulting from swinging clubs and interacting with virtual elements.
2. Potential injuries from golf balls or related golf movements.
3. Risks associated with the use of virtual reality and simulated environments.

While efforts are made to ensure safety, not all risks can be foreseen. Participation in these activities is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the customer’s own risk.

Customers, hereafter referred to as “Renters,” are fully responsible for the conduct of their guests during the rental period. Renters accept liability for any injuries, damages, or misconduct caused by their guests or other participants.

Renters also assume full responsibility for any damages to JaxGolfSimulators LLC equipment, including but not limited to enclosures, projectors, simulator software, or related accessories. In the event of damage, the Renter agrees to cover all repair or replacement costs, including damages resulting from negligence, misuse, or intentional actions.

Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a $200 deposit and a signed rental agreement. 

Payment Terms: The remaining balance is due prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods will be outlined during the booking process. 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 15 days or more before the rental date will qualify for a full refund of payments made.

Weather-Related Conditions

• In the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g., storms, high winds), equipment will be relocated indoors if feasible.
• If outdoor setup is not possible due to weather, a rescheduling option will be provided, subject to availability.
